How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery inside Kuwait takes 1–3 working days. Express orders placed before 2 PM are delivered the next day.
Do you ship outside Kuwait?
Yes — we ship across the GCC. Delivery times and fees are shown at checkout.
Are your products original?
Every product is sourced from the official brand or its regional distributor, and comes with the standard manufacturer warranty.
Can I return a racket after playing with it?
Returns are accepted within 7 days on unused items in their original packaging. Used rackets can only be returned for manufacturing defects.
Which payment methods do you accept?
KNET, Visa and Mastercard, plus cash on delivery inside Kuwait.
