Our return and exchange policy.
Return window
- You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags.
How to return
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We arrange collection inside Kuwait, or share the return address for GCC orders.
Refunds & exchanges
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
- Exchanges for a different size or model are free inside Kuwait once per order.
- Balls, grips and hygiene items cannot be returned once opened.
